Honestly if your going to go into recruitment with that attitude please do not. You should be happy with any sorority not classifying by tiers. All sororities have pretty girls, all sororities have social girls, etc it’s where YOU fit in. So with that being said first of all they aren’t “bottom”, they have less girls because they’re newer but some girls do choose to join them without being left with them. If you can’t hold a convo at all with anyone then you will struggle getting a bid from anyone unless you have people going for you. Of course Phi Mu, Kd, Aoii, Dphie, Zta, Gamma Phi Beta have girls that tend to “recruit” better or have better retention rates, but that’s only because they’ve been recruiting for longer than Axid & the reason for Zta is because they’re we’ll known nationally and their HQ really helped them get established.
