Kappa Sigma, Pi Kappa Phi, (???someone from next tier???)
So Kappa Sigma has done pretty well but Pi Kapp had an off year because pike got petty. Apparently Pi Kapp has a big risky buisness planned for the coming fall. Kappa Sigma seems to be getting slightly less selective which i think is a good thing. The next spot is someone rising up from the next tier.
Upper Mid
ThetaChi:used to be decent but are actually doing ok now. Theyll probably be bigger than Pi Kapp at the end of the semester but probably not better. Most likely the new #3 i think.
Cons:some of their dudes are cool some are just ok.. very aggressive with outside fraternities, dont pull as well despite being pretty big. Dont really rage as hard as the above 2 or have the popularity.
DeltaChi:theyre not terrible but they need to find a way to be consistent. Throw good parties and have a good amount of them. Moderate chance at the spot.
Cons: some are ok.. some are just strange but really nice. Are smaller and Pull even less than theta chi but social lives are equal.
Sigma Alpha Epsilon: they actually have some pretty cool guys sticking around and i think that will make up for them being smaller than the above 2 since quality means everything in competing for a smaller rushing pool. Still because theyre so small and having an off year after having a great year before that i find it least likely. Still will be above average but need consistency.
Mid (still really good options to rush)
Dela Sigma Phi, Kappa Alpha, Delta Tau Delta, Sigma Nu
Delta Sig is big but new and need more time, too new. KA is the slightly smaller but older version of delta sig, need more time. DTD just returned from a suspension 2 years ago and returned nicely. Sigma Nu and DTD battle it out for grades and winning homecoming every year, but they need to be just as involved socially too still.
Lower Mid
TKE, SP, AEPi
All 3 are really close and very good options, SP i think is the biggest? Maybe TKE or AEPi are close but theyre all above 20 guys i think.
Bottom
Pike, or being non greek.
Pike is suspended for idk how long but will be back and probably screw up again but wont be a bad option. Being non greek is much more boring. If you want to to out and always have something to do be greek.

Here is everyones instagram, as further evidence that every fraternity and sorority here has a good time and attractive fun people.
They also post events for rush so when it comes time you already have some you know you like or dont like and can use that to narrow the field. Dont go anywhere you dont fit in because you wanted to go where everyone was "pretty" or "had the most fun". Youll be miserable.

I honestly dont think theta chi will get there. If its anyone, they have to prove they can rage. DX and SAE used to throw HUGE events together before SAE had riff raff. One of those 2 are probably going to move up, OX is good too but them and DTD are probably going to seetle in mid/uppermid range.

yeah i agree theta chi isnt going to be the one to move up but idk if SAE or DX will either honestly.

? its not just gamma phi's bumping this KD, since y'all are obviously all over this site bashing others and trying to self rank your way into decency. y'all are so shallow and obviously too overconfident in your standings here... sorry you aren't on AOll PM or DPhiEs level even though you think you are and pretty sure ZTA GPB and AXID is looking strong enough to pass y'all with those attitudes as well too.
