how to be on top (& what are the ranks)

PM is top because they have the best sorority grades, hang out with the hotter/more popular fraternities, are more attractive and tend to keep to their own sisters which promotes sisterhood. They are also very involved with philanthropy and are always out on campus.

KS is top because they are all close, they tend to keep to their own and only take smaller pledge classes which promotes brotherhood. They can maintain a fraternity of 100 guys by taking PCs of 15-20 guys without sacrificing quality, some peopel take classes of 30+ and struggle to maintain 100. They have socials often and mix with the better/hotter sororities often. Plus their tailgates are the most packed and lit consistently. Also have popular philanthropy events and formals.

AOII DPhiE and KD are all comparable to PM and honestly AXiD ZTA and GPB are all comparable as well.

Fraternities like PKP and PKA (well they used to be anyways), are comparable to KS. No one else is really on their level of competition for pledging guys, brotherhood, social lives, popularity and attractiveness all at the same time.
