We don't call it rush. It's recruitment. And they'll tell you at orientation. BUt yes, you can. Pi CHis will hold them.

You can, but you don't need them. Your pi chi will have everything for you. Most girls bring their wallet and that's it

Definitely bring water and a snack! My pi chi had snacks for us so at orientation ask your pi chi what she will have for you so maybe you don't have to bring so much!
