Marietta housing isnt too lit anyways. The only fraternities that has had any decent parties there were KS SAE PKP and KA anyways and theres even talks about those 4 not even wanting to fill out their houses because its been so average. Kennesaw state needs to come up with housing near kennesaw soon or someone else is going to.

Theres a few fraternities who are losing their houses not just SAE. Idk their financial situation but I did hear they spent significantly less money than KA did on their concert.

Nah, nobody is staying at the houses in Marietta. Housing is trying to upcharge fraternities around 20k more annually simply because of them being a greek organization. From what I hear, everybody's walking out. The people living at the houses pay the rent not the fraternity so it wouldn't matter what the fraternities financial standpoint is, although I too heard they spent way less money than KA did and had double the turnout, I also heard one of their brothers got hired by Riff Raff which is pretty cool
