Regardless of whether the last rank was an ΣΑΕ or not theyre pretty solid guys (for the most part) and have had a decent year. At the same time there are some sketchy dudes in the fraternity and having no pledgeship doesnt help them at all weeding the bad ones out. They dont raise much for philanthropy or have any big events for it. For now theyre debatedly upper mid maybe mid.

The only two who have a close brotherhood, great tailgates parties socials, good pull, good sized philanthropy efforts and good campus and community involvement.

All 3 have good to decent socials house parties frequently, tailgates and solid pull but have little campus community or philanthropy efforts. Raise decent funds.

raise tons of money for philanthropy (the most on campus) and have great campus and community involvement but their pull and social lives are lacking outside of their open socials where other frats come. Brotherhood is ok depending on who you ask. OX and PKA have some sketch dudes and were once great frats. OX is starting to recover but pike....

D-Sig is very solid, close brotherhood and i think theyre ready to make a jump but theyll need to do something about their non existent social lives. DTD are hard partiers and cool guys unless theyre with girls. For some reason they turn into tools then. Working their way back up. SP is awesome and growing, i think theyre ready to make the leap too.

Lower mid had a pretty big name artist for their social and had to give away tickets and are basically bankrupt because of this social.

Thats reasonable but regardless of whether they made money off of it or not it seemed to be the most lit of the 3 concerts here, which is really all that matters. I respectfully disagree but see where youre coming from.
This is definitely the msot accurate of the ranks.

Yall are trying way too hard to sh-t on Pike. We all dont like them and dont think theyre very good anymore but its too much. We get it.

SN is right where they should be. OX could be lower though. idk maybe move D-Sig up.
