It depends on how many girls sign up for recruitment and sign a pref card. There is no limit, quota = number of girls signing pref cards / number of sororities.

We can't tell you off the bat seeing we don't know how many girls are going through recruitement/how many drop/how many will be dropped. Just like "truth" said.
