Honestly Id say KD or AOll.. Theyre both literally dominating KS PKP PKA SAE KA etc. Those are just some but girls in both are pretty and lots of fun.

A couple years ago people would've said Phi Mu and DphiE because they'd been here since the 90's and where well established. Now their starting to loose their edge and AOΠ and KD are getting bigger and previous bottom tiers like Gamma Phi Beta are getting closer to middle tier. Power dynamic is shifting with new sororities coming in
