Party but creep on girls, everyone except DX has had problems with girls and accusations or trouble with the school because of it.

KA is the only one who throws parties semi regularly or has any pull with top sororities other than that this group stays quiet but involved.

SAE has riff raff and over 90 guys now. They also are doing more with top sororities like PKP and KS. Meanwhile Pike was under investigation, still are but are no longer on cease and desist.
Everyone hates on SAE and i have no idea why?? Theyre a little weird but they definitely rage hard enough to be top 3. Id say they have the best social lives at KSU right now.

Theres a reason why there werent as many bids this year... I mean KS only gave 35 bids? OX gave almost 50 And so on.. The crop of dudes was just... A bit more sketch this year...
Thats why i think SAE and DC should be lower. Half of them are from this year and some definitely shouldnt have made it...

Wasting money on an artist CAN be fun and all, but it doesn't look like many people are going checking from the Facebook page.
Also they make terrible grades and definitely don't have the best social lives. A lot of my sisters do like them, but I wouldn't consider them a top fraternity. Also they don't have pledges and a lot of their new guys are the creepy and wouldn't be someone to be around at a party.
