sorority rush connections

For fall rush is it good to have connections in sororities like be friends and know the girls? Or is rush for sororities here only based on rush week and not any previous relations you have with them ??? Like do they pick out some girls they want or even don't want to rush in advance?

yes and no. it helps to know girls in sororities so they can pull for you during rush, but you don't have to know anyone in one! Some sororities have their eyes on girls before rush, but not all.
