Pretty much.. I mean every single thread just turns into the top 4 sh-tting on eachother. Thats why theyre up there.

As for why the mid tier frats. Constantly put the top tier ones in top tier is simple. Theyre usually the ones doing events or parties and other fraternities end up seeing it on social media or hear about it from girls etc. So naturally if they get more exposure and do more i guess the mid tier frats just put them into top.
