why is phi mu top?

I have a hard time with why Phi mu is considered the best. While they have some pretty girls, most of their girls are just average. So they've been here the longest?? They really don't do much at all and most of them aren't very nice. I'm not trying to hate, I just really don't get why they are always considered top. Honestly, I think dphie is prettier than them

this whole ranking system is messed up. i mean i hardly see phi mu out on the green and again they aren't very nice. so no clue.

I think they are decent here, have some babes and have some moos, I think they are ranked high based purely off of national name and the lack of competition between sororities here.
