by: TruthLadies, I know it is so easy to go ahead and make assumptions about sororities by looking at this website, heck I did it before I went through recruitment too, but I promise you that you WILL find your home if you go into recruitment with an open mind and heart. I thought I wanted something totally different going in, but throughout recruitment I truly found my home, and I could not be more thankful for it. So, if you feel like you have to, read the rankings, see what other people have to say, but at the end of the day, go into recruitment open and ready to meet seven equally amazing organizations.

So true. The rankings honestly mean nothing. I joined a sorority that wasn't "number 1" on here, but they're literally the best. So just go follow your heart girls and don't worry about what people think. This is college not high school. We should have "popular" and "not popular" kids.

I'm actually kind of sad because I've been on this website a few times and I am about to rush. I already have sororities in my head that I don't think I would want to be apart of because of what I've heard and what people have said on here. I told myself I was going to go through recruitment with an open mind, but subconciously I've already picked like only 3 sororities I would probably accept a bid from, and I wish I hadn't. I'm trying my best to throw out other people's opinions but its hard. No one wants to be in the chapter that every one thinks sucks!

Everyone is great. Even though Gamma gets a lot of bad rep from not being guys favorites and not partying very much with top guys they still have a very close sisterhood. Honestly every sorority does here, but everyone has pros and cons. Like Phi Mu is pretty boring when Pike or Kappa Sig dont do anything. They sometimes go to KA but would rather party with those two and dont do anything with anyone else. DPhiE doesnt have the best relations with Top fraternities right now, they have decent relations but not the best even though theyre top. Dont make your decision based off of thinking the top sororities are flawless or the bottom ones are a waste of time.
EVERYONE IS GREAT HERE.
This is coming from someone in a top 2 sorority.

This website is brutal and not accurate. No sorority is hated or even "sucks" I promise you that. In reality, the greek community is very strong and all sororities are taken seriously. You need to go in open minded. I have friends that went into sororities just for the parties and popularity status and really regretted it later.
