-Cant rush DTD unless its under the table. SP is worth it, never met TKE but i hear theyre cool they just arent seen or heard of ever.

Since when is Pi Kappa Phi a top tier fraternity? There is no way they compare to Pike and Kappa Sig. I am not saying they are bad, but they are not top tier. They are in limbo between top tier and middle tier, but leaning more towards middle. Just because there is not much competition does not bump them up.

A lot of the rankings is due to the size of the organizations. Pike and KS have almost or over 100 members, Pi Kapp has around 70, and OX and KA have around 40-50. More dudes means the ability and money to throw bigger bangers, show out to more sorority events, more money raised, and what not. I think after this fall rush Pi Kapp will solidify their top status with KA and OX right on their heels.

Its not even close socially, lets be honest..
DX had the best holloween party which was huge but other than that theyve had a few decnet parties. No soicals or insane mixers.
KA had a Great holloween party and AmeriKA social was decent some average parties a few good mixers.
OX has had a few average parties and desperado was good.
SN hasnt had a decent party or social that ive heard of from girls or other guys saying it was close to the top.
PKP has had risky buisness their parties in pine tree and their tech excursions all make them makes them a league a head socially.
DX and SN see GPB and AXiD mostly. DX has a group of DPhiEs show out some as most people know.
KA sees AOll and some PM and KD mostly. Pretty decent.
OX sees mostly ZTA's and have a few freshmen DPhiEs they see as well.
PKP chills with KD ZTA mostly with both showing out in great numbers as well as having a decebt amount of Phi Mus and DPhiEs show out as well.

Thats not even including the other socials and mixers theyve had. Some were duds of course but the majority were lit.
Are they on KS or PKA level yet? No but theyre really close. One pledge class and solid year away id say.

You're giving DX way too much credit on that party. That was mostly SAE with DX piggy backing them. DX is lower mid with Delta Sig and SAE.

SAE was used by DX so they could do all the set up and grunt work and SAE used DX for the old Gamma Phi house and their better sorority relations with KSU sororities. DX pretty much were the ones who brought everyone from what ive heard atleast while SAE planned and set up the whole thing.
