As you can see there is no top mid or bottom/new, only a pecking order which means nothing more than the higher up you are the more attractive you are, more parties you have with the attractive people of the opposite gender, getting more girls or guys or being more selective with the girls or guys you get.
As always a "," means the one to the left has a slight edge over the one to the right. A "/" means they are about even, opinions vary on which is better than the other.
Further explanaitions in the comments. Please refrain from nastiness, all opinions are welcome.

Top 4:
This group of 4 usually get the highest amount of attractive girls and also seem to get priority on mixing and partying with the more attractive fraternities. Phi Mu and Delta Phi Epsilon used to be dead even between who was the best but with Theta Chi and Delta Tau Delta both being suspended these passed 4 years and falling from the better of the fraternities they have started to fall and are trying to regroup by hanging with better fraternities like Kappa Sigma and Pi Kappa Alpha. They will retain their position for a long time with the amount of attractive girls they have and the fraternities willing to mix and party with them. Kappa Delta and Alpha Omicron Pi both see the same good fraternities and with the exception of this last falls class have been even in looks. Kappa Delta is not as classy and their sisterhood is not as close, Alpha Omicron Pi is not as involved or attractive. Take your pick on who has the edge over the other. Either are not on Phi Mu or Delta Phi Epsilon's level yet.

Top 3:
Kappa Sigma is very close, classy, sweet and has the most parties as well as the best mixers, socials, semi formals and formals. They have done a great job with their return from suspension and are surprisingly VERY close for a fraternity of over 100 people. Theyre very southern and i get thats not for everyone though. Pi Kappa Alpha is now one of the two best fraternities for now purely based off of what they have done raising money for their philanthropy as well as great socials and winning athletics. They are not however very close and many of them are disrespectful to my sisters and I. I do not let that affect their rankings however and most people agree that now the Delts are gone they are top 2, if the Delts were still here they would be top 2 instead of Pike. Pi Kappa Phi is a great fraternity with a lot of history here, they have a great social prescence in the fall as well as a very close brotherhood. A lot of the guys are southern as well but it doesnt really dominate their identity. Their grades have been bad over the years which has led to their string of social probations in the spring, this year they were not on probation but most people just assumed they would be again and never showed to any of their events. Next year will be different. If it wasnt for these reasons they would be up there with Pi Kappa Alpha and Kappa Sigma.

Next 4:
Delta Tau Delta still has high quality guys and a close brotherhood but are now down to ~40 guys and are dealing with the fall out of what happened to cause their suspension. They can not rush anyone, throw mixers, socials, parties, formals etc. Delta Sigma Theta just turned 1 year old this spring so they have TONS of work cut out for them. At least they have a clean slate and can throw socials, parties, events and mixers unlike the Delts. Sigma Pi is the smallest fraternity here and dont do much of anything but are all very sweet and close guys. Tau Kappa Epsilon is the same only larger and slightly more introverted.

Honestly KS and PKA are so big you could make an arguement for all sororities showing out. It really just depends but in terms of who come out the most these groups usually do, with the other groups listed as "some" they come out in large groups from time to time to try and make a prescence with the fraternity.

Gamma Phi Beta is often times grouped with the top 4 but with them not having nearly as many relations with the better fraternities and still having the least amount of attractive girls to ok girls i find it hard to move them up much than this. What i will say is i have seen on social media and at parties that they are starting to break into hanging out with better fraternities like Kappa Sigma, Pi Kappa Phi and Pi Kappa Alpha more. They still have some work but the future is looking bright for them. Zeta Tau Alpha is only two years old so they have quite a bit of work ahead of them and so far they have done a great job getting very attractive girls, winning events and starting to break into hanging out with better fraternities like dominating Pi Kappa Phi's social scene as well as seeing Sigma Nu, Theta Chi and Delta Chi. Alpha Xi Delta is only a year old and have done a great job with their founding and spring classes. They have a few girls dating Kappa Sigmas and Pi Kappa Alphas already but admittedly that number is still small. Mostly they see Delta Sigma Phi, Sigma Nu and Delta Chi.
