These are in order left to right.
Pike is taking Delts place in top 2. PKP is not on KS or PKA level yet. Risky buisness their annual tech excursion quality of PC's and their formal this year make them the 3rd most socially relevant fraternity and solid. The next row is either socially relevant, solid guys or just win enough events to keep them relevant. Theyre also now slightly bigger than the next row and have less obsticals to cross. SAE has no pledgeship and are too small to make big of enough impact on greek life. DTD is now down to 40 and can not throw socials mixers or parties while on suspension. It sucks for these guys. D-Sig is new. SP and TKE are making moves.. Look out for them.

I know why this person put all 4 of those fraternities in one row... To save this thread from being 10 comments deep about why one of those 4 is better than another but i think you need to bring at least one down or create a new row between the top row and the bottom row in mid because thats too much.

Those are good but I'd put the top row as
PKP KS PKA
and then leave the rest alone.
