Top explained
Quality of their tailgates socials mixing schedule and parties tells you they're top. have 100+ interviews and stay selective. Both raise well for philanthropy and have a yearly concert.


Upper mid explained
the Delts are suspended. they can only rush under the table and can't have offial parties mixers tailgates or socials but they did keep the majority of their members who were pretty good quality, lost a lot of good sorority relations. Pi Kapp is heavily socially reliant on the fall semester so that hurts them here, they compete in soccer and have solid sorority relations, so they will likely jump the Delts this fall, pending whether they can maintain social relevance next spring. SN wins every on campus competition here and competes well athletically so its fair to have them this high. Quality of membership is not near the top 4 and they don't get nearly enough guys during rush but they are a step above lower mid.

Lower mid explained
OX could be higher if they won more on campus events and threw better tailgates/socials. Their mixing schedule is OK and they have a few weird guys controlling the chapter. The majority are younger guys who have trouble with respecting women but are good guys. DX/SAE don't do enough to be on OX's level with sororities, guys are a little strange and not too involved. Both rising fast

Top for girls explained
Phi Mu isn't going anywhere, but DPhiE has been having trouble of late. Phi Mu still almost exclusively hangs out with Top fraternities, gets the highest grades and great girls. DPhiE still gets top 2 or 3 hottest pledge classes each semester but their social lives in the top have taken a HUGE hit in the passed 4 years with both OX and DTD, both liked DPhiE the most by far, recieving suspensions in that time period. I know more than a few who date Kappa Sigs and Pikes but they are Still recovering.

Mid girls explained
KD and AOll continue to improve each year they are here, both being one the favorites of KS PKP and PKA. Both get hot girls and both stay very involved and close. GPB continues to grow each year and are FINALLY beginning to get relations with KS and PKA. Always had great relations with Pi Kapp and DTD. You can pretty much interchange order between the 3.

New girls explained
ZTA is killing it! Getting great girls and winning almost every on campus event the passed 2 years. I'd say they still need another year before they can move up. AXiD its their first year But they are doing very well.

I'm not really debating the order just how the tiers are set up, I'd move SN and OX into their own tier below Delts and Pi Kapp and above DX and SAE. I'd say SN is better since they actually have a house to party at, have a much better national name and won greek week in the Fall and spring. DTD and PKP might not be on KS or Pikes level yet but I think its safe to say that Pi Kapp will close the gap this fall. SN might jump the Delts if they keep winning events and actually bring in a solid amount of good quality guys to replace their weirder older ones. Good list not mean at all.

KS PKA and DTD have the best parties and Formals still, I mean if you scroll down your Instagram all you'll see are girls posting pics from their formals #RushDelts, #rushKS, #IfItAintPike, ETC. All three have Delts of Hazard, Pikes of the Carribean, Sigma Sonic, these are all concerts. Kappa Sigma won Best tailgate at KSU's first game as well as pretty much having the best tailgate at every game, were undefeated the passed 2 years in a row before losing to pike twice by a total of 10 points from both. PKA does the best in athletics now that the Delts can't officially compete, both do well in athletics. Both PKA and DTD also usually raise the most for philanthropy, KS raises a good amount too but not nearly as much. KS always gets at least 80-90% of their bids accepted, Pike is usually around 60-70% and the Delts hover around the same % as Pike. KS is known for being selective and close while Pike and DTD are known for being welcoming of everyone and not very close. All 3 are top 3 so I'd put DTD up there in last behind pike because of suspension.

KS is known for being close raging hard and using a different strategy other than "bid everyone get good eventually."

PKA and DTD are known for having Big #s and being athletic.
