ranks for guys

The ranks aren't bad, but personally I'd move KA and OX down, everyone has different opinions sure but I'd say they're both OK, OX and KA don't really do much that people hear about and say "wow that's a rager" or raise too much for philanthropy that I'm aware of. They have a small group of freshmen DPhiEs come around which is great but I'd say they need to be more selective with who they bid. They have some great guys but there are a few that I question whether they should be in any fraternity. They don't have a concert that I'm aware of either, or crazy socials. Id give their first year back a B-, they just got off of probation so they need some time to grow and rebuild. They will be great again no doubt. KA is way too new, they are very selective which worked out great for them this year but with AmeriKA falling through and that they haven't really done much else really makes me think they should be a lot lower.

How can you put KA in the upper tiers? Their biggest party of the year was a complete fail.
