OK I'm a 4th year guy graduating next fall here trying to set all these freshmen and Sophmore rankings to rest. Girls and guys. In order.
KS
PKA
PKP
PKA is only up here because they blanket bid everyone, including attractive guys weirdos smart guys and douches in an effort to gain $$ and rage. Attract sl#!$ and have a reputation for lack of respect to women. KS keeps bid amounts small and gets good quality guys who are close, NEVER show out with other frats so they're less involved and are very rowdy. PKP gets the least amount of solid guys, don't give out too many bids, ARE VERY selective. All 3 have best sorority relations.
DX SAE SN
OX KA DTD
DX SAE and SN don't throw great mixers or socials but pretty solid house parties. Average quality guys and small pledge classes. All 3 run Marietta. Below average sorority relations, best involvement. Usually give a lot of bids. OX is where try hards Pike won't even bid end up, trouble makers and a mixed bag. KA is new and DTD is suspended. When PKA KS and PKP don't do anything on the KSU campus OX KA and DTD RAGE.
D-Sig TKE and SP
No one knows much about these 3, D-Sig is by far the best and should honestly be with the above 6 but are probably the worst of the 6.
PM/DPhiE
Oldest sororities and are top 3s first choices for parties and mixers. Good involvement for dphie and good grades for PM. Super hot.
KD/AOll
It fluctuates on who's better but both are always with top and upper mid frats mostly.
GPB
ZTA
Both are great.

OX should be higher, idk why anyone would put DX and SAE over OX and DTD. Yeah DTD is suspended but they still party, STILL get just as many guys as SN SAE and DX and get much better PC's than ALL of them. OX is struggling sure but they have much better sorority relations and better social schedules as well as pull in more guys during rush. Yeah they give way too many bids to a bunch of guys who didn't make it into Pike but still decent guys, a lot of weird poly guys and new guys but the majority are chill AF.

For guys top 3 are good. But I'd put DTD and OX in upper mid as opposed to SAE and SN. SAE and SN don't have the sororit y relations, the connects in Kennesaw or have as solid of guys. They both have been transitioning well, I will admit but they each maybe initiated 20 guys this year. Theta chi half of that in their fall class alone. The delts got 6 guys under the table this semester which is the same sized class both SN and SAE got this semester. The quality of classes OX SN and SAE got is about even I will admit but the delts got much better class quality. Not biased as I'm none of these fraternities, just honest. In order in my opinion.
DX OX DTD
SN SAE KA
DTD is suspended but still hang in on in upper mid. OX causes a lot of trouble and is still rebuilding from their suspension so I put them slightly lower than DX. SN is top of Lower mid due to involvement and winning events, that's pretty much all they have right now. SAE is doing alright but no pledgeship hurts their rep. KA is new but making moves.
D-Sig gets an honorable mention.
