They're nice guys and they're close. Other than that sororities do not come through and they are a smaller group. They are not that good. Trying way to hard to be SAE and KS.

Theta Xi is the best fraternity on campus hands down. Best brotherhood, pulls all the girls, throws ragers twice a week, hottest guys, they mix with only the baddest sororities, ppl just hate bc they’re jealous

Everyone hates them because they're the new #1 on campus after KS got suspended. KA and SNu try way to hard to be like them then trash them on this site.
