Top:
These 2 are above all. Not even just because of the parties, like it's just way too obvious. Just how everyone talks about them, everyone hangs out with them, and they definitely are a necessity to the Greek Community at RIT. However, while they're both top, I dont think they don't tend to get along with eachother all too well. I've noticed they tend to have this silent animosity/ resent for eachother. If they took that and banded together on certain things, it'd be the coming of a new era for greek life at RIT, but I don't think that'll ever happen. It's really just a battle of Phi's

-Phi Sig (Best parties, Funny guys, Strong Brotherhood, close to Deephers and ASA. Sarcastic and hilarious, however, if you dont get the humor you'll most likely get offended or get rubbed the wrong way.
Overall, they bring about the great things about Greek Life seen elsewhere without the negative stereotypes of greek life. Also extremely diverse. For being new on campus, seeing them here is surprising, yet refreshing. Fall 17' has been incredible so far for them, and if spring 18' is just as good, they'll have solidified their spot for the next few years.)
-Phi Psi (Super close to AXiD and ZTA, On Greek Row, 2nd best Parties, Come off as douchey, but tbh really aren't, but they're jerseys is probably what makes them look like that. They've certainly been up there in top spot next to Phi tau, so it's no surprise to see them on top. Definitely going to be staying here for a while, but with them on probation, that can always change, but hopefully not.)

Top/Middle
To be honest, if sig chi didn't exist, they'd all be pi kapps, and vice versa. Good guys, some say they're the "friendzoned" fraternities, but tbh they're not all like that, but they certainly do have a lot of sweethearts in sororities.

-Pi Kapp (Overall Loveable guys, 3rd best parties, sweethearts, On Greek Row. They definitely have a lot of RIT looking guys, but they're all genuinely nice and caring. Certainly can see them all being great Husbands, but they're not the best at college life stuff. We'll see this year.)
-Sigma Chi (Nice, cordial, friendly. Don't throw down at all but are great to hang out with. They're definitely the most involved on campus in terms of Student run organizations. Between Student Gov., CAB, etc, they're in many different places at once.)

Middle:
-Theta Chi (Hot, Athletic, Smart but very lowkey. Strong Brotherhood. Throw good house parties when they do throwdown, strict list. Close to ZTA. If they weren't very lowkey with such low numbers, they'd have taken the throne or at least being in top tier category. They just need to get more active on campus and get more guys. Definitely a great fraternity, however.)
-KDR (all are like skater stoners, but they're still nice asf and are chill. They're parties are usually hit or miss; 100 or 0. They have a good size basement, but I think they're risk management sometimes freaks out too much and blows over their chances of a good party. Last year, they were great, but this year certainly was a lot more toned down.)
-Sammy (Super friendly and funny, USED to throw bangers, but idk what happened. They have a small basement, but it's good for smaller parties. They are also very genuine and caring, but in a different way than Pikapp or Sig Chi.)
