Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Rochester Institute of Technology - RIT 4.2 This fraternity is great at RIT/NTID and great deaf environment at NTID. It is really friendly toward to other Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students for better social. I love this fraternity.
