Disaffiliated and couldn’t be happier about my decision. Not having a group of prudes control what I do with my life is so relieving. Join NOX or theta phi where you can have fun and not be judged harshly by your own sisters for it.

If you want to join something that gives you fake friends while you’re in college then join this but if you want real friends for a lifetime this isn’t the sorority for you. I graduated two years ago and it’s sad to say how horrible this organization treats alumni and each other. Once you become alumn you’re forgotten about and have no say in the org anymore you also get told last minute about alumni events it’s almost as if they do it on purpose so nobody would show up. The sisterhood is now horrible nobody likes each other and you can just feel the fake vibes. If the sorority was this horrible when I came out for them then I would’ve never joined. Never seen so much disrespectful girls in one organization before. It’s sad to see that this is what DphiE is now

They are very nice girls who genuinely want to know more about their interests, but sometimes, they tend to ignore some of the interests especially if they are quiet or shy. My only problem is they seem more like a clique than a sorority. They love to brag about their service awards and use that as a way to gain more potential new members. They also put a bit pressure on you to join their organization, that is why I purposely put little to no effort in writing the essay why I wanted to join DPhieE.

Amazing sisters! I went to MTG in the fall and felt that I was immediately approached and welcomed! Every sister made it their mission to have a conversation with me and not judge me.

Went out for them after going to Meet The Greeks which I was a little hesitant about because they all look like rich snobby girls which I was right about every single one of them are rich and snobby they treat their interest like peasants even though they do take time to get to know them you can tell the conversation during rush events are forced and they would rather be spending their money than be spending time to talk to you. They do a lot of events with other orgs to try and seem like they care about Greek Unity when all they really do is care about their reputation. They're so desperate for interest that they harass girls on instagram to come out for them. They do a lot of community service but only because they want to look good but you can tell they're forced into it and hate it since all the sisters look miserable and upset all the time. They only willingly interact with international sororities and they never give phi and pi boys a break.They only care about each other and their reputation. I'm glad I got a bid from a sorority that is the best at Kean and genuinely cares for the Kean community.

Nicest sorority at Kean they truly care for each other and the Kean community. Never seen or heard of any of these girls being disrespectful to someone. Despite all the white girls that they put on their Instagram this sorority actually has a lot of Hispanic people and they do not discriminate.

Matched with one of girls on Tinder from Dphie and invited her to the bar to grab a drink. No lie, she rolls into the date with 4 other girls and they proceed to tell me she's not allowed to drink. What a waste of time, just warning ya'll who be swippin on campus and match with one of em. Told her I had to use the bathroom 15 mins into the date and I dipped out of the bathroom window and caught an uber back to the dorms. Joke's on me i guess though, cause i left my card there accidentally and called the next morning only to find out they wound up ordering 4 shirly temples on my tab LMAO!
