fraternity rankings (for freshman) part 2

Middle Tier: KA and Theta Chi

KA: Have fallen off in the last couple years but are still middle tier. Great brotherhood and good tradition and identity on campus. Parties can be hit or miss. Dont care what people thing about them and kinda do their own thing.

Theta Chi: Have made strides in the past couple of years and this is their first year in the middle tier. Starting to get a on campus presence. Have good lodges and decent parties. Still trying to figure out their identity as a fraternity which is due to the fact that they are relatively new on campus. Have some come brothers and some real weird ones. Might overtake KA in the next few years and have a ways to go to catch the top tier. Don't have respect of rest of fraternities yet.

Bottom Tier: Lambda Chi and DKA

Lambda Chi: Real nice kids but are pretty weird. Aren't respected by the other fraternities and do not have a real pledging process. Don't have much of a presence on campus socially. Definitely have a very different vibe from the rest of the fraternities on campus.

DKE: Not recognized on campus and very small. Don't have a lodge and pretty obscure socially. Heard they are trying to get Fiji lodge. Nice enough kids but also pretty weird and don't have respect of rest of campus.
