fraternity rankings (for freshman) part 1

Top Tier: SAE and Sig Chi (depends on what your looking for)

1. SAE: Have incredible parties and downtowns and in general girls love them. Good brotherhood which comes from their pledging process though their are certain cliques within the fraternity. Pretty exclusive and don't give out bids easily. Overall, they are a great group of guys overall although they can be a bit much at times.

2. Sig Chi: Great group of guys with great brotherhood. Unreal lodges and generally have good parties. 100% policy for giving out bids. Stick to themselves and do their own thing a little to much sometimes, which can make them come across as a little too exclusive.

Upper Middle: Sigma Phi Epsilon (SPE)

SPE: Strong presence on campus and dominate the social scene with SAE and Sig Chi. Overall good group of guys although some are pretty weird. Girls, especially freshman, really like them. In general they disliked by the other fraternities largely because they do not have a true pledging process. Weaker brotherhood than SAE or Sig Chi because of the lack a real pledging process. This coupled with the fact that they are more generous in giving out bids keeps them out of the top tier.
