is anyone else having trouble getting their mail?

I am a freshman this year, and so far I really like U of R, except that I've been having some trouble opening my campus mailbox. I got the key and everything, but sometimes it just won't open, and when I ask for help from the post office staff they usually just tell me to wiggle my key around in the hole until my mailbox opens. Sometimes it works, but a lot of the time they have to come out and open it for me. This wouldn't really be a big issue but I'm just used to getting my mail faster. Has anyone else had this problem? I know it's not a reason to transfer, but I have to say it has been making me wonder if Richmond is really the right school for me
