real frat ranks for incoming freshmen

Sig Chi: these guys can thrown down, they pulled a top notch pc this past year in line with their older ones, still the best at Richmond always drawing in the hotest girls but it will be interesting to see what effect going off campus has on them this year

SAE: a close second to sig chi, always have a strong kappa/theta presence and have super fun parties, especially their bigger ones, their pcs are mixed with some top class Northeast brads/chads and shadier guys, but overall they have some of richmond's biggest ballers and will continue to thrive off campus, business as usual throwing banger house parties

SPE: like to put themselves with the like of SAE and Sig Chi, but they come in third, hard partiers who are probably the best on campus frat now that sig chi is off, smaller pc this year that snagged some good kids between them and SAE, older pcs are a little mixed with weirder guys, overall they just throw down, have their loyal kappas/thetas, great second semester wine wednesdays and lodges

Theta Chi: their newest pc is the best OX has had probably ever, if they keep up that trend they might be considered with spe in the near future, with that being said these are nice guys who like to have a good time, lodges are packed and their darties can be fun, some older weirdos but also some ballers, strong KD presence with more Kappas as of late

Lambda Chi: these guys made some moves this year so they jumped KA in the rankings, solid pc with some top notch rushes, joint downtowns drew some crowds and the crawfish boil was an absolute banger, these are chill guys who might kush a lil harder but overall a good crew, DDD/KD chicks mostly

KA: this "southern fraternity" comes next, they definitely have some ballers in all years, but their best class just graduated, some decent sophomores and freshman, but pcs are very mixed, they still fill their house parties and have some hit or miss darties, lodges need to improve if they want to jump above lambda again, love their piphis

DKE: apparently they had a big pc this year, which is good momentum for them as they tend to swoop up kids who were dropped late in rush week by having their rush week a week later, tough to draw crowds to parties when half the campus doesn't know you exist, but if the fraternity keeps growing they have a shot at gaining popularity

FIJI: these are nice guys, but are mostly freaks, a very diverse fraternity that seems to have good brotherhood, the only girls at their parties are DGs and Pi Phis
