rushing as a sophomore

I am a girl who didn’t rush this year because I just wasn’t interested, but many of my friends did and now I think I want to rush next year. How hard will it be to get a bid as a sophomore???

Look out for sororitys doing COB (informal recruitment) soon/ this spring. I know at least a couple sororitys will be doing it... You can try again to do formal as a soph, but you should have friends in the chapters you're interested in.

^ I’m guessing Tri Delt & dg will cob as their pc’s are a bit smaller than others- I doubt others will bc pc’s were around 35-37 but also rushing as a soph is definitely possible

DG won't be COB-ing the university will not force them to if no one wants to join, and Tri Delt pc was around the same size as the others, so they wont be COB-ing either

Definitely look out for COB, but also plenty of sophomores do formal recruitment.

Panhel does total (the amount of women each chapter needs) off of the median chapter size. This means every semester three chapters are doing COB. This semester it is Tri delt, DG, and Pi Phi. Reaching Quota (the amount of women on bid day) does not mean you do not need COB as those above think.
