sig chi and sae are probably tied after many dropped from sig chi--slight edge to sig chi after their hazing thinned the pc--9 kids dropped.
Sae's pc has a few creepy looking dudes but a few big ballers. Decent job overall, sophomore class is still much better than freshmen class.
spe is next, doing slightly better than their historical average-ness. They usually lose some power players to sae and sig chi (which they did) but caught some low key Ws. If these guys want to move up they need to be more selective.
Theta chi comes next. As much as these guys like to assert their relevance on greek rank, this is where the middle tier begins. Absolutely cuffed to KD, which are just girls who didn't get a bid at theta or kappa. But they own it so props. Theta chi pc is as good as their sophomores or better. Not really moving up.
After this it goes something like
KA
Lambda
Fiji
Kappa Sigma

ranking the pledge classes:
Sig chi- top class brads and chads as usual but many dropped cause hazing
Sae- also some top class guys but less than sig chi
sig ep- snagged some of the top guys with the rest being decent
theta chi- above avg pledge class compared to ones below
Ka- half above avg and the rest are just randos that got in cause they’re friends with the other pledges
Dke & Lambda- tied cause dke finally got a decent sized pledge class with decent kids and lambda got some sig chi drop outs
Fiji- just your avg joes
Kappa sig- heard they’re having a 2nd rush week cause they didn’t get enough kids lol
