A freshmans best friend but thats about it. No brotherhood. A real fraternity pledges. All the other fraternities seem to hate on spe. Should not be mentioned with sig chi or sae at all. they are a totally different caliber.

Lots of beautiful, kind girls. The ratings about bigger school's DDD chapters seem applicable to them as well/aka they fit the national "image." Upper middle tier or lower upper.

Pi Phi has a bunch of fakes in it. They say one thing to one person and then say they exact opposite to another. They are a lambdas best friend. They have an odd mix of people and are definitely middle tier. They definitely cannot compete with Kappa and Theta.
