I would say they're either bottom of the top tier, Kappa, Theta, KD, or top of the middle tier, KD, Tri Delt, but I got a chance to hang with them at beach week and they definitely have one of the strongest sisterhoods and can throw down, the pledge class is hot and I think that this coming up year will really solidify them top or middle, but right now they have a good shot at being the best.

If your looking for the creepy/rapey fraternity than Theta Chi is for you. A brotherhood that preys on freshman girls and sees being an eskimo brother as an accomplishment. All in all group of weird kids who think they're cooler than they are and cant compete with the top tier Sig Chi, Lambda Chi, and Sig Ep.
