Nicest girls on campus even if they're also the best looking girls on campus

it's a shame because there are some really nice girls in kappa, but far outweighed by very loud drunk girls with a horrible case of RBF. when i think of theta i think of snobby girls that all look the same, but at least i don't think sloppy and rude like when i think of kappa. all the freshman girls in recruitment aim for kappa for some reason. again, some great girls, but many don't know how to handle themselves and spoil the entire image

they're top tier because they're pretty and the top frats gravitate towards them. that's it. but as far as likability, no one likes them except each other (and sig chi and SAE). they all look like identical carbon copies of each other. no originality or depth of personality, but that doesn't seem like a theta priority anyway. you could know pick a theta out of a crowd knowing nothing about her, and know exactly what she looks, dresses, and acts like.

they took a bunch of random people for the fall pledge class, now it's clear they're trying too hard to stock up on party girls in an attempt to develop the top tier image. they're probably going to really sacrifice their sisterhood and overall likability in the future because of it.

most recent pledge class was a big improvement, but theta chi always seems to attract freshmen - especially girls. very few upperclassman girls seem to stick around and hang with all the brothers. brotherhood is good, and there are some great stand-up guys, but there's a common understanding that that's where freshman girls go to find a random one night stand. they need to establish a better upperclassman foundation
