Let's be honest here. Sigma Kappa has moved up a lot. Their gpa rose, a girl in their sorority just won student body president, and their new pledge class is pretty good. They've definitely earned top tier.

To call them a top house? I don't know about that.

They've probably differentiated themselves from the bottom 3 at least. (classically Theta, AXO, and SK - at least in my humble opinion).

sigma kappa is far from top tier...but KAT won homecoming and greek week so I'm not sure their bottom three anymore
