KU gets a lot more good looking rich kids. That usually results in more people wanting to joy and more money for the chapter. I wouldn't judge greek life based on house size tho. Your future best friends could be at kstate or at ku.

the greek life at KU is a lot more like what you'll see on TFM--bigger houses and more money. greek life at k-state is big because of the great people in it--and it's its own community inside a large university. the houses aren't as flashy but the people are amazing. if what you care about is looks maybe KU is the place for you. but if you care more about substance i'd say go K-State.

KU gets more KC people who take Greek life very serious. This mainly means the kids who go here and the alumna of the Greek life have more money to give. That doesn't make it better or worse but it does mean they have more money for parties, housing, etc. The Greek system there is more competitive, which makes it more "legit." However KUs Greek system is still not close to schools in the South and K-states isn't really on the map per say
