top: lambda, theta xi, du, beta, fiji

Wrong.
Top: DU, Beta, Lambda, Pike
Mid: FIJI, ATO, Phi Delt, Sig Ep, Theta Xi
Bottom: pretty much everyone else

Theta Xi doesn't throw big parties that often. I would replace them with ATO on that list and put them behind fiji.

Middle: pike, lambda, theta xi, phi delt, sae, sig ep
Bottom: delta sig, beta sig, phi kapp
extreme bottom: delta chi, agr, pi kapp and all the rest

Move SAE to the bottom and put Phi Kap in the middle and I would agree!

Beta, lambda, and du are my personal favorite. ATO, fiji, and sig ep can also throw good parties too

Sig Chi? Phi Kapp? TKE? All three throw better parties than anyone in the lower middle and aren't included.

Coming from a sorority girl who has been to every house...these are the real/most accurate rankings based on just parties:
TOP: Beta, DU, FIJI, ATO
Upper Middle: PIKE, Lambda, Sig ep
Middle: Sigma Chi, Phi Kap, Phi Delt, Theta Xi
Lower Middle: TKE, SAE, Delta Sig Bottom: Beta Sig, Delta Chi, AGR, Acacia.
