Top - Beta, DU, Fiji, Pike
Middle - Lambda, Phi Kapp, SAE, Phi Delt, Sig Ep, Theta Xi
Bottom - Delta sig, AGR, Acacia
Very Bottom - Pi Kapp, Delta Chi

I would say my list goes like this:
Top: Beta, DU, Fiji,
Mid: sig chi, theta xi, pike, sig ep, delta sig, Lambda
Bottom: pi kap, phi kap, SAE, Delta Chi, Phi Delt, TKE

I would consider Fiji a top house. Hot guys, good parties.
Delta sig is not even close to being middle.
Theta Xi and Lambda are just as good as any other middle house.
Delta Chi is a bottom house also.
