5. Theta

The top 5 in grades are all within .1 of eachother, so I would go with any of those.

I highly suggest keeping an open mind here. Banking on getting the smartest house is just not a good idea and as you go through recruitment you may find yourself loving a different house than you thought. Each house has girls who are very smart.

You can raise the gpa of any house. Look at ones that generally do well but don't think that you have to have ADP because they're smarter than KAT or something. It's just not true. The top houses have the best grades and want to keep it that way.
