top tier

Gamma Phi and ADPi are not now nor will they be in the top tier. Their sketchy girls and tactics keep them from that (especially gamma phi). They are simply not top houses, though they are on the rise. Upper middle tier for sure.

lol this is wrong. Gphis and Adpis are the top two houses for campus involvment and grades check the kstate website

Adpi has grades to help them, they have some weird girls but a lot of cute girls and a lot of classy cats.
Gphi is not there yet, they still don't have the best girls, but they're getting better, I'd say they're in the same level as kappa and axid. Middle tier

I believe that Adpi is a top house, but couldn't agree with you more on Gphi not being in the top. There is so much self ranking from them on this website, it's insane.
