Which good fraternities are going downhill and which fraternities are on the rise

ATO is going downhill big time, lambda kind of is too. Sigma chi wasn't really a top house to begin with, but they're going downhill as well.

So are SigEp and PIKE still good? And are there any fraternities on the rise?

Yeah SigEp and Pike are still good. I prefer Pike but I go to both and have friends in both. They're two of my favorite houses

ATO is definitely going downhill. Theta Xi and Delta Chi are on the rise big time.

100% agree with this. TBH Ato is considered the pregame house because every just goes there, drinks their alc, then go to the frats that they actually want to go to.
