I’m learning about greek life and trying to decide where to go to school in the Midwest. What chapters have the best physical houses?

Best are:
Kappa alpha theta
Zeta tau alpha
Kappa kappa gamma

Worst are:
Sigma kappa
Alpha chi omega
Gamma phi beta

(These are listed in no particular order just the top and bottom three)

Top for looks, space and amenities:
Kappa Gamma (KKG)
Alpha Gamma Delta (AGD)
Kappa Alpha Theta

Needs desperate work both interior and exterior:
Sigma Kappa (SK)
Alpha Chi Omega

Join for the sisterhood and support. Not how old/new the house.

What about the frats? And is it true the nicer the house the more expensive the membership fees and dues for each semester?

Theta Xi got a new house, Pike did and Delta Sig’s will be done by the start of next fall
