The general qualities that sororities look for in PNMs consists of involvement, good grades, and being a well rounded person. They want their new PNMs to reflect well on their house and they try to look for classy girls. It doesn't matter if you're shy or outgoing because all houses have all types of personalities. Just go through recruitment with an open mind and don't let this website or other people influence your decision.
