by: NofrillsIs anyone else upset that ADPi puts fines from Panhellenic in their budget so they can do frills, Bid promise, dirty rush and not show house tours? I thought kansas state was a no frills recruitment, not a “pay for frills” recruitment. In my opinion, they shouldn’t be allowed to formal recruit because this has been the case for many years, as they obviously have no problem paying the fine.

Anonymous posts on a public MB without proof (or even specific detail) make it more difficult to believe that ADPi is some sort of evil empire.
I'm not saying they're innocent only that without proof of your very general claims, you're opening yourself up to charges of slander.
Your accusations would make more sense to someone from the outside (like me) if their per member costs were higher ... but as it sits, their costs are a good bit lower than average. Or, maybe they are getting fined, but the fines aren't high enough.
I have no idea what the difference is between frills and no-frills rushing or dirty rushing ... yet I have an idea of bid promising and can see what that's pretty deplorable. My initial question was merely an exercise at understanding what these charges mean. What exactly are you accusing them of doing, specifically?

ADPi plays dirty in just about everything, and they pay money to get away with it. That’s about it
