best fraternities
by: HelpMy brother is a freshman and spring rushing fraternities. I don't know very much about all of them. Which houses are well rounded and well respected? Looking for grades, social scene, overall popularity. Let me know!

The top houses are DU, Beta, Sig ep, and Lambda. Lambda and sig ep are falling a bit it seems, but that could just be me. ATO, phi delt, and delta sig are some of the better middle tier houses. All houses have different personalities and cultures. Beta is kinda fratty sports guys, DU is kinda the nice/jokesters, lambda and sig ep are the kinda stereotypical frat guys. Again, all houses have great guys, those are just my thoughts. Check them all out and find what's best for you!

Also, not all houses spring rush. Not sure which ones don't but that's something to think about!
