Sigma kappa is not a top house. Lol they ranked 10th in grades last semester, their cost of living in the house is outrageous considering other houses have had newer renovations done and they're still cheaper compared to them, their return rates sucked during recruitment, their chapter doesn't raise nearly enough money for their philanthropy compared to other houses. Check your stats before self ranking yourself to a top spot SK.

Yes the grades are bad. But sigma kappa usually is 1st or 2nd in community service hours, their house is expensive because the members are paying for the renovations themselves. Sigma kappa doesn't have the alum support like other houses do so instead of begging their alum for money they're paying for it themselves. The reason SK doesn't raise as much money is because they focus of volunteering a lot. Volunteering makes a physical difference rather than taking cute insta pics at a philanthropy event and then sending the money off and never seeing the impact of it. How about you check yourself and the facts before judging others
