Beta,Sig Ep, DU, Lambda, ATO balance with parties, grades, sports, hot girls all good houses...sig ep and beta haze a bit ato minimal and lambda and du pretty much none at all
Mid Top
Sigma Chi, Sigma Nu, TKE, Pike basically these are the big wet party houses...usually good at sports and grades but takes back seat to partying and hooking up with chicks...all of these houses haze, Sigma Chi hazes the most on campus...pretty sure Pike and Sigma Nu haze a bit, TKE doesn't haze much but are still cool guys. Go here to blackout and do the "normal" frat party thing.
Middle Bottom
Fiji, AGR, Theta Xi, Farmhouse These are kind of the houses that are just average, none of them haze at all except Fiji, Farmhouse and Theta Xi are big on grades...kinda weird guys in these houses but usually nice
Bottom
SAE, Delta Sig, Acacia, Delta Chi, Sigma Pi, Delta Tau Delta, Kappa Sig These are the bottom feeders at KSU, they either don't have a house, got kicked off, or are just plain losers or all of the above

Top: Lambda, Beta, DU
Top middle: Sig Ep, Pike, ATO, FIJI (also known as the party houses)
Lower middle: Sig Nu, Theta Xi, TKE, Delta Sig
Bottom: Delta Chi, SAE, Sig Chi and a bunch of others that I personally know nothing about!

Beta and DU are not the two top houses, unless you're ranking houses with the most douchebags.

Top: Lambda, ATO, Sigma Chi
Top Middle: Sig Ep, PIKE, TKE, Beta
Lower Middle: Sigma Nu, Theta Xi, FIJI, DU
Bottom: Any Fraternity not already listed
