what are the real sorority rankings here?

Here are the REAL rankings, unbiassed, and what almost everyone would agree on:

Chi Omega, Delta Delta Delta, Pi Beta Phi

Gamma Phi Beta
Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Xi Delta

I would probably move gamma phi beta or alpha delta pi up to top 3... pi phi didn't even meet quota this year and have slowly declined the past couple of years.

Seriously, every time a sorority gets ranked well, there is always someone to discount it, someone who obviously has a lot of time on their hands, or who has either not been accepted into the house of her choice and still carries bitter feelings. There are some negative, vindictive comments shown here. If you can sort through the negative, and only focus on the positive comments you will find the best house on campus. It almost seems the more negative comments you receive, the better your house is, as it truly means someone is jealous of that particular house. I have no particular top house, just an observer. Really this site is useless, and just anyone can post something. You could be 8 or 88, with no background knowledge, and only limited to once a day. So if you are smart, do follow this site.

Chi O, DDD, Pi Phi, GPhi

- Chi O will always be strong, as well as DDD
- Pi Phi may have slipped in recruitment, but they will always be a top house.
- GPhi has been weak in the past, but has had an amazing last two years of recruitment.

ADPi

- Smart, involved, wide range of girls, always keeps them in the middle

KKG

- Has some great girls, but a massive amount who bring them down. Strong sisterhood.

AXiD

- Once they stop having to COB and can get a consistent return rate, they will move up.

KD, Theta

- Average, some fun some not

AXO & Sigma Kappa

- With significant improvements over the last few years, it's nice to see these houses do well. However, always will be bottom at KSU.

ZTA hasn't been around long enough to make a decision about them. Colony classes are always a mix of personalities, and their grades haven't been great.

Chi o-top house, mix of a lot of cool girls, some stuck up.
Pi phi -been a top house in the past, bad recruitment this year..
Tridelt-a top house with a really bad rep.

Middle:

Gphi-a mix of girls like to have fun and gets good grades
Zeta-new house but a great mix of girls, like to party but still keep up on work
ADpi-smart nice girls, only a few party
KKG-either obsessed with school or obsessed with partying
KD-more of a party house
AXiD-alright house. some nice girls, don't know too much about them

Bottom: The bottom houses, good sisterhood but don't party or socialize too much. Some cool girls.
