To all the girls going through recruitment: There is no such thing as "tiers." All houses are equal. All houses have their strengths and weaknesses and if you're happy, that's what matters. Not what tier you house is in, but what matters is that you're happy and you are somewhere you belong and feel welcomed. Don't feel pressured by other to pretend to be something you're not just to get into a "top house." Be yourself and be happy.
