recently redone houses for incoming freshman

This is great information for incoming freshman who are looking for a "stand out" house to join. Not only do these three chapters have amazing houses to live in but they're great chapters as well. I love the positivity (pretty unusual for greekrank).

Those three are probably the nicest houses on campus. There are a lot of good looking houses on the outside but on the inside they really need a renovation (tri delta and adpi). Also Zeta and Thetas houses are pretty good, but they are having no renovations anytime soon. I would say the top 5 houses (as in the actual house itself not the chapter) are,

1. Kappa Delta
2. Kappa Kappa Gamma
3. Sigma Kappa
4. Zeta Tau Alpha
5. Kappa Alpha Theta

Hi! I'm an AXiD, and our house is far from being completely remodeled like Kappa or KD, but we did get a new kitchenette over spring break, and we're completely redoing our rec room for the summer as well as some other small renovations! :)

The Pi Phi house is also getting totally remodeled on the inside as well as a new addition!

I would say the nicest houses INSIDE are Kappa, Zeta, Theta and KD when its finished.

Honestly Id say ZTA and Kappa have the best houses, but that should not be your deciding factor in which house to be in.

Another thing to consider is proximity to classes (I know it's not that important but just info to know)

I would say the McCain neighborhood is closest (KD, Theta, Chi O) and then Gphi is close in the Todd neighborhood.!

Sigma Kappa, Pi Phi, and Gphi are the closest. And Sigma Kappa is closest to the stadium
