Grades are a hard cut, and that's the primary reason for getting cut after the first round. After that, it's just whether or not you click with the women and whether or not they think you would be a good fit in their house. Mine focuses on service, leadership, grades, and presentation (not looks). It's basically an interview, but show your true personality and you should be fine. You WILL have really awkward convos once or twice.

As long as your GPA is above a 3.0, you will get a bid from a house. Some houses cut you if you're under a 3.2 but some will accept you as long as your GPA is between a 3.0-3.2.

As stated by the first comment, grades are a hard cut, so make sure your GPA is good. However, with that being said, I know a girl who got a bid with a 2.48 GPA, but I don't know how...

Also you have to consider that a lot of the women who didn't finish the week dropped because they got cut from their favorite house. If you maximize your options, have a good GPA (3.0+), you're golden. There were only two girls I heard of that got completely cut from the process even though they maximized and had above a 3.0. However that was two out of about 800 women so you'll be okay. Just be yourself and don't sweat it! You'll end up in the right house for you :)
