Let me clear this up for everybody.

Top Houses: Beta, Sig Ep, DU

Upper Tier: ATO, Lambda

Middle Tier: Theta Xi, SAE, Sigma Chi, Delta Sig, and Phi Delt.

Lower Tier: Phi Kapp, Pi Kapp, Farmhouse, Pike.

Bottom Tier: AGR, Teke, Beta Sig, Acacia.

Good ranking except for Sig Ep is not a top house lol. And put SAE in the lower tier, PhiKapp in middle, and PIKE is definitely an upper tier house.

Obviously made by a freshman... Move Sig Ep down. They just got their parties back and haven't proven themselves. Also switch Pike and SAE.

I don't think sig Ep should be near that high. Move ATO down to bottom tier, move lambda to middle. Move delta sig, SAE, and theta xi to upper tier. Rest can stay the same. But most importantly, move sig Ep & ATO down, way too high of a ranking for both. This post was obviously made by someone who hasn't actually put thought into other fraternities
